What region of the country has the highest average new home price?

 

Step 1:  Find Dataset Indicator: New Home Sales Average Price in Housing & Construction > New Home Sales & Prices > New Home Sales Average/Median Price

Step 2:  Select Criteria: Year > 2010 > Region > Check all regions

Step 3:  View Results as a Ranking.

 

Where were the most subprime mortgages in the US reported recently?

 

Step 1:   Find Dataset Indicator: Browse the indicator hierarchy to Housing & Construction > Home Mortgage Disclosure Act > Rate Spread Greater than 8%*

Step 2:  Select Criteria: Time: Year, Year: 2010, Type: State, State: All, Purpose: All Loans, Gender: All Genders, Race: All Races

Step 3:  View Results as a “Map”, Click on the “Count” column heading to sort from highest number to lowest.

 

 

EASI Market Planner Sample Search:

 

What do Alaska and Maryland have in common? They are both are hotbeds of yoga practice!

 

Step 1:  Find Dataset Indicator: Search for “Yoga” and click on EASI Market Planner > Consumer Behavior > "Sports", Easy Analytic Software Inc. (EASI)

Step 2:  Select Criteria: Year > 2011 > State > Sports: How Often Engaged In (last 12 months): Yoga

Step 3:  View Results as a “Map” , in the “Options” menu uncheck the “Continental USA” selection to view Alaska & Hawaii, select to plot the results for “Pct of Households”
