If you are experiencing an access or technical issue with the interface you can refresh your session by hitting triple escape (escape three times quickly) then try to access the title again. If the issue persists, please email (firstname.lastname@example.org) the support team with the following information:
1) Identify if your issue is an access issue or a technical issue. Are you accessing from on or off campus? If you are accessing through your library proxy what is the URL link you are using to access?
2) What is the issue that you are seeing? Take a screenshot of the error. If this is a technical issue, what is the URL where the issue is occurring?
3) Take a screenshot of the diagnostic screen when you are encountering the error. Hit triple escape (three times quickly) to access the diagnostic screen.
This information is helpful to the support team and can help expedite resolution for your issue.
