How can I access ProQuest resources?
ProQuest contents (PQDT, BPC and EBC) are accessible from within your university’s IP range (network). During Covid-19 pandemic, we enabled access through HEC Digital Library Portal and ProQuest Resources Guide Page. Access is enabled to all people located in Pakistan only. learn more about how to access.
Do you provide training on ProQuest resources and services?
Of course! We continue to support HEC users with training activities on a regular basis! You can learn about our upcoming training sessions and REGISTER for your preferred sessions.
How can I register for ProQuest training session(s)?
We use Cisco WebEx as a conference application. You need to register first in order to reserve your seat for the training you wish to attend. Learn how to register.

What will be the training timing in Pakistan local time?
We usually do trainings 12 pm noon Pakistan local time but after registering to any training, Cisco WebEx will send two reminders to you; one before 24 hours and one before 30 minutes from the official training time.
Also WebEx default timing in reminder emails is New York time zone (GMT -4). You can change the WebEx default timing from the registration page.
How do I join ProQuest training session?
You need to register first before the training date and time. You can use the same registered link to join the session when time comes. Learn how to join the training.
Can I attend a ProQuest training using my smart phones or tablets?
Of course! The program we use for trainings is “Cisco WebEx Meeting” which can be downloaded from Google Play or Apple Store. You can use it to register and attend the session from your phone or tablet. Learn more on how to join the training from your phone or tablet.
Are training certificates provided when attending ProQuest sessions?
We provide a Certificate of Attendance for people attending the full training session only. Certificates will be generated using your registered first and last name and will be sent to your registered email address one week after the training.
How do ProQuest send the Certificate of Attendance?
We will send the certificate to your registered email address. Ensure to type your first and last name correctly when filling the registration form, in addition to your correct email address. We won't be able to change your name on the certificate after you receive it.
I attended your training session but didn’t receive the certificate. What to do?
Training certificates will be sent in about one week after the training date. You need to check your junk/spam email folder and make sure to white list certificates@simplecert.net as this is the email the system uses when sending the certificates. In case you don’t receive your certificate after 10 days of the training session, please send an email to Training@proquest.com with your registered name, email address, and the training information (title and date) and we will check for your details and send the certificate to you in case you attended the full session.
Thank you but, No thank you!
After receiving your certificate, please don't send us an email to thank us. This will create a new support ticket in our system and will cause some internal issues. Please contact us at Training@proquest.com only if you have a question or need any help.
