1. Newsletters

If you see the screen above, it means that no Newsletter has been created by the administrator.

2. View Newsletters

All newly added newsletters are accessed from the Newsletters tab on the main Factiva navigation bar. Click the View Newsletters tab to view the newsletters.

3. Creating a Newsletter (for Administrators)

The Factiva Newsletter Builder (FNB) includes an intuitive stepped workflow, shared templates and the ability for multiple editors to collaborate on the same newsletter. The administrator can create new newsletters and update existing newsletters, using the 3 Step process: Select Content, Format/Add Recipients and Review/Publish.
